I collect documents of:
My rent agreement with my tenant, or at least the details of tenant if I don’t have rent agreement with him, which means, tenant’s name, address,
I total up how much rent I got, I find the receipt for house tax I paid in the year
If I paid any interest on housing loan, the certificate from banker of such interest charged
Filling up or working the House Income
I fill up Rent received/Rental income
Reduce the house taxes paid
Give standard deduction
Reduce interest paid on housing loan
Add up any arrears (net of 30% standard deduction)
I arrive at Income from House property
