If I hold for more than 24 months, it means should be held for 24 months 1 day at least	If I am not holding for such period (more than 24 months), viz, I hold for 24 months or less	Immovable property, Unlisted equity shares
If I hold for more than 12 months, it means should be held for 12 months 1 day at least	If I am not holding for such period (more than 12 months), viz, I hold for 12 months or less	Listed equity shares, and Equity Mutual funds
If I hold for more than 36 months, it means should be held for 36 months 1 day at least	If I am not holding for such period (more than 36 months), viz, I hold for 36 months or less	All other assets, example Debt Mutual Funds
